The Chiltern Way is a long distance footpath around the Chiltern Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The original route was of 134 miles but the three extensions take this up to 220 miles. More details of the walk can be found on the Chiltern Society web site.
The walk is normally completed linearly but if you prefer the simplicity of circular walks we have composed a series of 42 circular walks based on the route. The walks are between 8 and 13 miles long, and where possible start from a car park however some require street parking. The walks traverse the entire Chiltern Way, including the extension, covering a total distance of 430 miles.

All the walks include an OS grid reference and post code of the walk starting point. Post codes are not always accurate, and this is particularly true where the start point is not an urban street. They should not be relied upon, and you should always check the start point on a map.
