We aim to offer regular walks on Sundays along with frequent Tuesday walks and short Ambles. To do this we are dependant on our walk leaders and are always looking for new leaders to help maintain a full walks programme for our members to enjoy.

For our walks you don't need any special qualifications just the ability to navigate your way round your chosen walk and the confidence to lead a small group. Leading your first walk can be a little daunting but we'll provide help and guidance while you find your feet. We have experienced leaders who will be happy to help you plan and buddy recce's and walks while you build up your confidence.

To lead Ramblers walks you will need to be registered as a walk leader with the Ramblers and there is an introduction to this on their web site getting started as a walk leader.
